If you tell me that the rules are different for different people, then what happened makes sense.
Otherwise, Carlos Alcaraz had no business taking those medical timeouts for cramps in his #AusOpen semifinal against Alexander Zverev @AustralianOpen #AO26pic.twitter.com/nJDfFdLyc5

    How the Match Unfolded

Alcaraz started strongly, breaking Zverev early to win the first set 6-4. The second set was intense and physical, ending in a tiebreak that Alcaraz controlled well to go two sets up.

Late in the third set, the momentum changed. Alcaraz began suffering from leg cramping, visibly struggling with movement. Zverev stayed calm, won the third and fourth sets in tiebreaks, and pushed the match into a dramatic fifth set.

In the final set, Zverev led 5-3 and was just three points away from victory. However, Alcaraz refused to give in. He broke serve twice in a row, flipped the match on its head, and closed it out 7-5. After the final point, Alcaraz collapsed on the court in exhaustion and relief.
